Summer Residence in Calogne For A Family Of Five
This cute summertime house is located in Calonge, a region of Spain. It was a project past Fuses I Viader. The interior was designed past Montse Nogués builder. The construction was built past Blázquez-Guanter while the rest of the architects and collaborators including Arruebo, Pilar Arbonés, Dolors Bosch, Silvina Mayer, Josep Ribes and Jordi Serra took care of the rest. The residence was completed in 2011.
The house sits on one.viii hectares of state and information technology'south oriented to the due north and due east in lodge to take advantage of the beautiful views over the sea. The plans were for a building of ane,600 square meters and it was designed for a family of five with complementary spaces for guests and servants. The house is impressive not merely by the size but also past the design. It sits on the lower function of the plot so that it would be closer to the beach. It includes a primal structure and two wings connected past a copper roof.
The floor program has an irregular shape but this just makes the residence more interesting and unique. On one side, the roof becomes a fifth façade. All the day rooms benefit from spectacular views of the sea and the bedrooms windows are facing north. The main bedroom is isolated from the residuum of the house and it located closer to the beach.{found on archdaily and pics by Duccio Malagamba}
