  2. Wish I would take seen this weeks ago! Now I take a question. I am 14 weeks mail service op left knee replacement. I have decided that I had a less than stellar physical therapy feel for six weeks following my 3 week in domicile therapy. Is it besides late for me to do these flexion exercises y'all accept shown here to gain more flexion or is the 120° I take all I'm going to get? (I will know today for sure what my flexion actually is…I had to quarantine for iv weeks due to Covid so accept just been doing the exercises at home that PT had me doing on site. I don't feel similar they pushed me to go a improve bend, I feel like they were basically a sitter to make certain I did their list of movements. I didn't e'er experience challenged with them. I'thou as well having my right articulatio genus replaced soon. The surgery will be scheduled tomorrow as I see the surgeon after my concluding PT evaluation. One more question.     Hey,my femur bone fracture 6 months ago,till at present can't able to bend articulatio genus more than xl degrees.i took 29 PT visits.still can't able to curve my knee joint.iwhat kind of exercises do I need to practise.

    Hey guys! I'm 10 weeks in after a TKR. I"ve been at ninety degrees for the last 2 weeks. I'm a dancer so I've been very consequent and diligent with the exercises Both physios I run into recommend that I practise manipulation because of all the scar tissue. I've had 5 scopes and ACL reconstruction washed on the same knee. What are your thoughts on manipulation?
